Our family vacation home has a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen, two bedrooms (double bed / double bed + single bed) and two bathrooms (shower / bathtub) on approx. 150m². From almost all rooms you have a fantastic view of the large terrace with pool and the garden, which is tended by a gardener.
There is another apartment with a separate entrance on the property below the vacation home. A friend lives there from time to time, who looks after the house and has the best insider tips about the island.

The property is located in the residential area of Sant Rafel and is therefore very central. The old town of Eivissa is only 10 minutes away by car and numerous beautiful bays can be reached within 15 minutes. In the village of San Rafel there are some very good restaurants, above all the "Can Pilot", where you can find the best meat from the open grill on the island. There are also several shops within easy reach, either on foot in the village or by car and the main road towards Eivissa.
