Located in the diverse Brunswick East neighborhood, there's plenty of great cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. It's just a 5 minute walk to Merri Creek, which is a great spot for a run or just to experience some nature. The tram at the end of my driveway will get you into the city in 20 minutes.
The bedroom features a queen-sized bed and has large, north-facing windows that backs out onto my private rear courtyard. There's also a small desk, should you need to WFH (although, you're welcome to do so from the lounge or dining space also).
In the kitchen, you'll find a fully stocked breakfast bar with all the basics; bread (often homemade), spreads, cereal, muesli, fruit, tea, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I'm happy to cater to any dietary requirements, so just let me know in advance.
I'm always up for a chat and happy to provide local tips, potentailly while sharing a bottle of red over dinner.
Generally, I'm able to be flexible with check-in and check-out times, so just let me know know in advance if you need alternate arrangements.
Also, let me know if you need a bicycle during your stay as I can usually arrange one. There's a heap of paths nearby and it's a great way to get around town and experience the area.

The Fitzroy/Collingwood gaybourhood is also closeby and easily accessible by bike or public transport.
