CLEANING - The cleaning fee in your booking quote covers all basic cleaning of the property as well as the laundering of all linens and towels.
(Note: Any extra cleaning needed to put the house back to the way you found it will be charged back to the guest(s).
SMOKING – The side patio (overlooking the creek) is the only dedicated smoking area on the property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere else, inside or out. This includes tobacco, marijuana, and vaping.
PETS – Not permitted indoors or outdoors.
PIANO – Sorry, the piano in the living room is an antique, dating back to the 1930s. It is not available for playing.
DINING ROOM – Dishes in the dining room hutch are for display only. However, stemware in the wine cabinet may be used. Serving trays and charger plates in the bottom of the hutch may also be used.
TRASH/RECYCLING: If the trash or recycling cans get full, please remove the liners, tie off, and place in the collection bins located on the driveway (Blue bin for recyclables/Gray bin for all other trash). Bins need to be rolled to the front sidewalk for emptying (if necessary), either Sunday night or Monday morning before 8 a.m.
