The upstairs has two large bedrooms. The master bedroom is occupied by myself. The guest bedroom across the hall has two full size beds, 2 ceiling fans, a bose radio, and closet. There is also a full bathroom upstairs next to the guest bedroom.
Although the house has no central Air Conditioning, there is a window unit in the dining room that works very well to cool down the main level of the house. The guest bedroom also has a new and very efficient window unit to keep the room cool during hot summer months.

The house is only 7 blocks from charming Lake Harriet. A very desirable and convenient location: the house is 2 miles south of Uptown and 3.5 miles south of downtown. There are local restaurants, bars and coffee shops only blocks away in this wonderful southwest Minneapolis neighborhood.
There is a farmer's market 6 blocks away every Sunday from 8:30am-1pm from May through October.
The Mall of America is also only 10 minutes away. You are also very accessible to the airport which is only 6 miles away.
