🌲🏔️🌲 “THE INCAS EMPIRE SUITE” (private bedroom) is a suite inspired by the famous Ancient Incas Empire, gorgeous tapestries of Machu Pichu, 8th wonder of the world, and beautiful pieces of the Incas and Peruvian Culture highlight this suite located in our beautiful second floor “shared apartment” nicely decorated with multicultural details of our trips and equipped with a beautiful shared back yard with umbrellas, patio chairs & tables, sun loungers, water fountain & canopy
🔹> YOUR BEDROOM:
Enjoy the clean, cozy, private and nicely designed bedroom with both sides lock, a queen size bed with extra pillows, closet, dresser, mirror, HD TV with Netflix, etc.
> We provide thermal blankets during the cold time
🔹We have air conditioners in each bedroom, living room & kitchen that we use during hot days. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms & living room, & space fans around the apartment to help to cool the rooms faster
🔹During wintertime we have a central heater that keeps all the bedrooms & the whole apartment in a comfortable temperature to keep you warm and cozy
🔹 Well equipped Shared Bathroom: Magnetic shower heat with hand shower with flexibility & powerful full body spray, hot water, clean towels, gel soap, shampoo, conditioner, toiletries, hairy dryer & small space fan
🔹 Shared Kitchen with a stove, oven, stove extractor, refrigerator with ice maker, freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, silverware, coffee maker, rice maker, cabinets and pantry to store your food products, etc.
🔹 Enjoy cooking your own breakfast, lunch or dinner where we provide kitchen utensils to facilitate the time for your cooking. We provide salt, pepper, some condiments, coffee, filters, tea & sugar

🌈 Boystown: The hearth of our Boystown is located 25 to 30 minutes (driving) east from our place and 35 to 45 minutes using public transportation (depending the traffic) you will enjoy and have access to many attractions such as: Steamworks Bath, Sidetrack, Roscoe’s, Hydrate and many bars, Night clubs, restaurants, etc.
🔹 We recommend to enjoy the most multicultural & fun place of our LGBTQIA community: “Progress Bar (nightclub)” with great people & vibes, amazing drinks and music to dance.

read more1. 420 Friendly: This is a family & 420-friendly environment, which permits responsible cannabis consumption on-site. Pipe, dab, joints, vape and other cannabis-exclusive smoking is permitted in the following areas:
* You can smoke in the back yard (patio)
* On-site: You can smoke in the living room & dining room only. Please make sure to place all the ashes on the ashtrays to prevent any carpet or rugs burn
* No smoking is permitted in bedrooms, inside stairs, front entrance or front garden, including private bedrooms or bathrooms. There will be a charge of $100 from the security deposit for each time this rule is violated or broken
2. Absolutely NO smoking cigarettes, cigars or tobacco inside of any part of the property, including out of the main door, front & back garden
- Please, go outside of the property to smoke. There will be a charge of $100 from the security deposit for each time this rule is violated
3. Absolutely NO weapons are allowed inside of the property and NO illegal drugs inside of the property
4. Please make sure that the rooms and/or the property is left in the same condition as when you arrived
5. No street shoes in the house. Bring your slippers, or grip socks or thick socks to wearing them inside of the house. You can leave your street shoes in the shoe rack located on the 2nd floor in front of the apartment door.
6 This bedroom can host a maximum of 2 registered guests. No visitors are allowed, “no exceptions”
I will charge a fine of $150 of your security deposit for violating each time this rule plus $50 of each night for additional guest(s) stayed in the property

* Do not leave clothing and/or personal items in the common areas, such as bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, gardens, patio, etc.
8. Clean up after yourself. Wash your dishes after done & any area that you used, other guests may use the same area
Please do not leave food out and/or trash around the apartment, on the floor, on the carpets or in the room(s), or in the bedrooms (Pests prevention).
9. Do not leave air conditioners, ceiling fan or heater ON when you leave the room / apartment for long periods of time
10. If you come back at late hours or need to go outside at early hours, please be mindful
11. Quiet time during sleeping hours, no noise
12. Please respect the neighbors limiting loud noise after 10:00 pm (weekdays) or after 1:00 am (weekends: Fridays & Saturdays)
13. If something is damaged, spills, or any broken things, or if there are any problems, no matter how small, please contact me immediately
14. Please RECYCLE your trash.
A* Dispose of all EMPTY bottles, glass jars or plastic, metal (cans) cartons or containers & place them IN the BLUE RECYCLING BIN located OUTSIDE on the LEFT side of the PATIO (Use the Kitchen exit)
B* Place the other GARBAGE: food, leftovers, etc. INSIDE of the SILVER CAN located in the KITCHEN, when you need to change the bag or when is full, remove the bag tie a knot and place the garbage bag inside of the BLACK BIN located out of the ALLEY.

15. Please Before you check out, wash your dishes, leave the bed sheets on the bed and hang all used towels on the towel rack located in the kitchen.
