I live in an apartment with two spacious sleeping rooms. The room can fit till max. 4 guests . The bed arrangement would be: 2 people on double bed, 1 person on mattress, 1 person on air mattress/ couch at livingroom. The apartment is located on the fifth floor (top floor with access by elevator) with a big balcony and nice view to the lake. By walking you will see different kind of shops and also one big traditional market within 4-5 minutes.
For traveler who comes by car, there is also my private park that you can use with no extra cost. Standard breakfast (like milk, tea/coffee, cereal, fruits, bread) is included.
I would be happy to inform you with many touristic and gay-related tips. Some flyers are also available. When I have spare time, I would not mind to join you for sight-seeing too.

Centrum (Jordan) is reachable by bike within 20 min. Next to that, there are plenty public transportations available:
bus 21 - direct connection to Central Station (20 min) - China Town & Red Light.
tram 13 - direct connection to Central Station (30 min) via: Anna Frank House, Pancake Bakkery, Winkel43 (best apple pie), Dam Square, Amsterdam Museum
tram 7 - direct connection to Ledseplein (Club church, 5 min walking to gay street: Reguliersdwarsstraat), flower market, direct connection to Rijkmuseum, Van Gogh museum, and Stedelijk-Modern Art Museum.
bus 80 - direct connection to Harlem city & Zandvoort sea & beach.
bus 69 - direct connection to Airport Schipol (40 min).
metro 50- direct connection to Amsterdam Arena (20min); with 1 step-over goes to waterlooplein (Jewish neighborhood) & Nieuwmarkt (china town) - Red Light.

- No children (0-12 years) allowed.
- No pets are allowed.
- You can smoke only on the balcony and not inside the apartment. And please always try to be quite in order to prevent unwanted issues with neighbours.
- No fried and wet foods are allowed inside the room. You can always use the dining table and livingroom if you want to eat.
- 'Shoes-off' policy is applied when you inside the apartment.
- 'No standing-pee' policy is applied in order to keep the hygienic of the toilet.
- Other visitors outside the reservation are not allowed without early notice and permission.
- Last but not least, since I don't charge any cleaning fee, in return I really expect from my guests that they will keep the place as clean as possible like at the moment when they got in.
