Your stay will include use of your own bathroom (shower, toilet, tub) and bedroom as well as spaces shared with me- kitchen, lounge, exercise/yoga studio (when I'm not working), laundry & parkside balcony.
Tea, coffee and some breakfast items are provided for you to prepare your own; and the pantry is full of essentials for cooking; olive oil, herbs, spices, condiments, spreads, help yourself to these items if you are someone that likes to cook. Please don't buy these items just for your stay ;-)
Also included: Large refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven, plenty of breeze flowing through the place, bathtub, wifi, coffee machine, dishwasher, hifi with bluetooth connectivity.
Your bedroom neatly provides the Queen size bed, with plenty of wardrobe and dresser space. Detailed with bedside lamp, full length mirror and lush plantlife. For guests staying longer than 10 nights I offer a weekly linen change.

St Kilda Botanical Gardens is just a stone's throw away for Summer picnics & lazy walks. Elwood beach is 15min walk and ample public transport only minutes away. Positioned far enough from the crowds of St.Kilda but not too far for a great coffee or brunch.
Walking distance: Acland St. precinct, Luna Park, St.Kilda and Elwood Beach, Carlisle St. precinct, train stations.
Tram: South Melbourne market, Chapel St precinct, train stations.

Your reservation is for the set number of human guests only, as described in the booking. No other guests or animals are permitted in the house at any time; this includes visitors. There is a handrail near the front door (ground level) where a bicycle can be secured with the guest's own lock (entirely at the risk of the guest).
Also-
- Please remove shoes at the front door
- No smoking inside
- No red wine on carpeted areas
- No amplified music after 11pm
- No bicycles to be kept inside at any time.
- No candles, incense or oil burners to be used at any time
- Please consider voice / noise levels in shared spaces. Refrain from having speaker-phone conversations in shared indoor spaces or late at night; instead use headphones or move outside if speaker must be used.
- No fixtures or hangings are to be attached to the apartment walls or ceiling at any time during your stay. This includes using blutak, string, thumb pins, or tape for hanging artwork, maps, mosquito nets, lighting, decorations or clothing. Please do not move any furniture around the room; the wood parquetry is soft and will scratch easily.
Covid-19 measures (active during WHO classified pandemic):
> please keep at least 2 metres (3 steps) from other people in the home and the apartment building whenever possible.
> please regularly wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
> please practice social distancing when outside. Try to stay away from vulnerable people and those with long-term health conditions
> drink plenty of water
> if you are experiencing symptoms of fever, cough, sore throat or body aches, consult a medical professional immediately and inform your host.
