• Our neighborhood, Morgan Junction, is a vibrant community with lots of walking/jogging areas, scenic waterfront, bus system, Vashon/Southworth ferry, and a huge park (Lincoln Park) all within 5-15 minutes walking distance of the house
• It’s a 20-minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to West Seattle’s largest retail and dining area, The Alaska Junction, located at Alaska Way SW and California Ave SW

• We try to vacuum or lightly mop daily, but there will be fur here and there in the house (Goldens shed constantly!)
