Come stay with me in my beautiful, modern, multi-story smart home. Be warned, there are a lot of stairs and I now have a German Shepherd dog who aggressive toward guests; is very protective of me and our house. When in the company of guests, he will wear a muzzle until he calms down. I am working on improving that but you need to know upfront before you book.
About the house: A living room designed for conversation/relaxation. An entertainment room in the basement with large screen TV, sectional sofa, full bathroom, and massage table. You are welcome to use the massage table and if we are comfortable with one another, I am happy to provide a massage, if you are interested. You will be on your own floor with a private guest room equipped with a TV and Alex device to control lights and listen to music; your own bathroom with hotel amenities. There's even a small bottle of So-Low Lotion if you want to enjoy some private time below the waist. Please don't take it with you though; it's not a parting gift! Fresh linens and towels are always at your disposal. There is a gourmet kitchen with anything you will need if you decide to make a meal, and a selection of coffees and teas are always included in your stay. I have my own private floor which includes my own bathroom; directly above your floor. If the weather is nice, relax on the roof (dining and lounging areas) along with a gas grill; sorry no nudity on the roof. You will receive a code to enter the premises so you can come and go as you please. I only ask that you text me so I can secure the dog as you come and go.

1. How is parking? It's street parking and often it's easy to find a spot.
2. Are you close to the gayborhood? By foot it's 30 minutes; by Uber or Lyft, about 10 minutes.
3. What does "clothing optional" mean at your place? Just that you dress to your desired comfort level which means wear anything you like or no clothing at all. I've hosted men who wore jockstraps, shorts and t's, sexy undies, or just socks. I am a part-time nudist, so expect to see me nude around the house at times or all of the time, depends on my mood.
4. Can I watch p-o-r-n without a headset? Absolutely. Enjoy yourself.

Philadelphia has some really great restaurants for the foodies. My home is within walking distance to many attractions or you can take public transport like buses. These include, City Hall, the Ben Franklin Parkway (Philadelphia Museum of Art, Rodin Museum, Barnes Foundation). In the Historic area you'll find the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Elfreth's Alley, U.S. Mint. Also along the way, check out the Reading Terminal Market, Italian Market, Eastern State Penitentiary, grab a delicious Philly cheesesteak, soft pretzel, or water ice. Also, a short ride (10 mins) to the Gayborhood (or if you like to walk, 40 mins.) where there are gay bars and restaurants. And if you like other types of fun, a bathhouse right in the heart of the gay area. Philadelphia is a great walkable city. You could walk to the University of Pennsylvania, or along the Schuylkill Banks, or Fairmount Park. So many things to see and do!

Please take your off shoes at the front door. Smoking only outside, no illegal drugs in the house. The only places off limits are my office and my master bedroom suite. I want you to enjoy yourself but please keep the noise down especially after 11 PM (23:00). No pets. Eating only in the kitchen; drinks ok in the guest room. No illegal activity on the Internet.
