We have and upper deck and lower deck (hopefully one day soon with a hot tub) in order to enjoy wine in the winter months. A huge garden and a newly built fire pit in our back yard which we consider our Sanctuary.

10 min away from SeaTac Airport, 45min away (with Traffic) from Downtown Seattle / Capital Hill ( 20min away without traffic) 20min from both Downtown Tocoma or Seattle of course without traffic! 45min to hour during rush hour! The area is SeaTac (South Seatac) if you mention Seatac to a Seattleite they would automatically assume it north of the airport which it has its shady area. Most dont know that where we live most would consider it either the city of Normandy Park or Des Moines. With that said its relatively safe in our little neighborhood! 5min to either east to a 1.5-2mile walk along a river/creek trail or 5min west to Normandy Park /water front beach area. amazing view of the sunset anytime of the year! Downtown Des Moises 10min south of with many coffee shops and local craft stores and a boat marina a small boardwalk to have a evening walk!
