Hi we are Paolo and Francesco, we are a married couple and we are teachers in a high school. One of us is also a tour leader and we both like meeting people from all over the world. We all are willing to let our guests feel like at home. We have two flats: on the one hand, one is maybe more suitable for guests who want to share their holiday with others and meet other temporary visitors, on the other hand, the flat where we live can be shared with us and offers a room with private bathroom. In any case, our flats are perfect to visit Rome and to go outside Rome (gay beaches or the surrounding areas). We can suggest where to go, where to eat, where to have fun and enjoy your holiday. We usually spend some time with our guests and we become part of their holiday. However, we also are very discrete and if you just want to relax and live Rome by yourself, our rooms are the best place for you! Our flats are really convenient for their location in front of the metro station or very close and also for all the facilities we can provide to our guests: A/C, breakfast and wireless internet, direct transfer from and to the airports, a relaxing professional massage, special prices for a laundry, a gym and parking nearby and authorized tour guides. Early or Late check in or check out is possible, but extra fees can be required. City Tourist Tax is not included. Clothing optional is allowed but it also depends on the presence of other guests.
