Sitges Gay Pride

Sitges Gay Pride is one of the biggest pride events in Spain and, in fact, the whole of Europe. Sitges Gay Pride first started in 2009, and since then it has continued to provide an incredible celebration by the sea. As per usual, you can look forward to an open-air stage, celebrity guests, international DJs and plenty more. Regular staples in Sitges Pride include the Pride Village, which transpires by the beachfront, and of course the incredible Pride Parade, which usually takes place in the late afternoon, and fills the city streets with loads of pride revelry.

Every day, plenty of pride enthusiasts are expected to pack into the narrow streets of this cute seaside town, which lies just 30 minutes south of Barcelona. Already a major gay destination, Sitges Gay Pride really turns the whole town pink for a week. Along with the organized events during Sitges Pride, many of the town's existing gay bars and clubs come to the table in terms of celebrating pride, offering a series of different parties throughout the week. 

Sitges is renowned for being an LGBTQ hotspot, and has continued to attract members of the community for decades. With its welcoming attitude and balmy Mediterranean climate, this is the perfect spot to experience your pride and mingle with locals and tourists alike.
