You don't have to throw out all the garbage, but if you do throw out the organic garbage can before you leave the apartment.
Leave dirty towels in the bathroom.
Smoking is only allowed outside on the balcony, then you can throw the cigarette butt in the trash can in the kitchen or bathroom. On the other hand, electronic cigarette can be smoked inside the house.
Condo rules, quiet hours: 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. and 12 noon to 4 p.m. no music or noise.
Check in is always done in person.
