House Rules and Guidelines
Quiet Hours: City of Fort Lauderdale has a noise ordinance, please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted on the premises. Any violation or complaint concerning a noise violation will forfeit the security deposit and result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement.
Identification: All guests must provide a copy of their government-issued ID upon check-in for security and verification purposes.
Reservation Holder: The guest who made the reservation must be present during the stay. We do not allow underage guests without supervision. Any visitors beyond the number in the original reservation must be approved in advance by the host and will be charged extra.
No Pets Policy: To ensure the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed on the property.
Outdoor Areas: Use of outdoor areas (including BBQ, upstairs deck, and pool) is not allowed after 10 pm daily.
Towels: Only GREY/STRIPE towels are for outside use. White towels are for indoor use only. We provide dark grey towels for makeup removal. There will be a $20.00 charge for each damaged towel from your security deposit.
Bed Sheets: We provide premium linens and they must be cared for. No eating in bed. There will be a $50.00 charge for each damaged sheet from your security deposit.
Pool Use: We have provided plastic cups for outdoor use. We have a pool maintenance service that arrives on Thursday mornings.
Parking: We provide specific parking spaces to our guests. Parking in front of any of the neighbor’s houses is strictly prohibited and your car may be towed.
WiFi and Access Codes: WiFi information and access codes will be provided on the day of check-in for your convenience.
Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 3 pm, and check-out time is at noon. Please adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Designated smoking areas may be available outside; please inquire upon arrival.
