You will have the bedroom to yourself, I’ll be sleeping on the sofa in the living room / kitchen. Just be aware that there’s no lift and it’s a bit of a climb to the apartment ;)

Neukölln is the place to be! Right in front of my door are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, a farmers market on Saturdays, and the best sunset in town at the old airport Tempelhof. Berlin’s biggest gay club Schwuz is walking distance, as is the beautiful Hasenheide park with it's own gay sunbathing (and cruising) area. And the nearest metro is just a five minute walk away
