All the bars dedicated to the LGTBIQ+ environment such as Punto, Maricón, La Chapelle, Beacon and Boxer (both the bar and the clothing and fetish store) are in the same street or in the surrounding ones. Near the apartment is Plaza Universitat, Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. Sants is only a 20 minute walk away, and the Ninot market is in the back street. A few streets away is the subway stop Hospital Clinic, and just across the street is Aragó one of the largest and most important avenues of Barcelona so you can find multiple bus stops and even tourist bus.

I do not allow visitors or companions. I would like not to make too much noise after 22:00 hrs, to be respectful with the neighbors and the property as well as with my pets (usually the dog barks when someone opens the door, but neither bites nor will do anything else). I expect the guest to be clean and in case of any special needs I can be contacted so we can look for a solution.
Check-in must be discussed prior to arrival; normally during Mondays, Fridays and weekends there is no problem; but Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays I have a more limited schedule.
