I've been hosting since 2021, putting at your disposal my guest room. My goal is to make you feel at home in Barcelona.

The apartment is cozy, recently renovated, spacious and bright. Located in a classic building WITHOUT elevator and with a communal roof terrace where you can sunbathe and take breaks. We would be located north of the Raval, in the very CENTER of BARCELONA; next to the most recommended places to discover or delve into the city: MACBA, CCCB, PZ University, Pz Catalunya, Rambla Catalunya, stores, leisure, ...
Space:
It is a Room with private bathroom en suite, also has access from the entrance itself.
It has 1 double bed of 140x200 with set of towels and clean sheets. Its bathroom is private and has a large shower, hairdryer, fan and bidet shower (shower gel and shampoo included). The kitchen is fully equipped for occasional use. In case you need anything additional, I am always at your disposal.
Services and common areas:
Check-in and Check-out are usually done at 14-15h and 11-12h respectively. (In case of need, check-in can be done 24 hours a day, just check availability beforehand).
The apartment is insulated and soundproofed to the outside.
It also has an open kitchen equipped with an island.
It has two bathrooms and two bedrooms.
Your bedroom has direct access from the entrance; its own independent bathroom; independent A/C on demand, fan, WIFI, and TV.
Cleanliness and tidiness are always fundamental to have a comfortable and pleasant stay. I take care that this is maintained on a daily basis on an ongoing basis.
Finally, I hope to find guests who are respectful with the noise, the apartment and the coexistence.
