Access is available to rooftop garden with 360 degree views including downtown Melbourne, bbqs, gym, and sauna.
Limited street parking is available - free for 1-2 hours. Overnight parking is usually very available and for free. 3 min walk from unlimited, free, street parking.
Within the apartment you'll find your room (private space, 3.1m x 2.8m) and a comfy queen-sized bed with quality linens provided. The main bathroom for the apartment is also just for you and includes just about everything I can think of someone would need or might forget (like I do when traveling).
The guest room does not have independent air-conditioning but can be pre-cooled by the powerful a/c in the adjacent room. A portable room heater is available.
Free and unlimited wi-fi is available .The details should be visible approaching your check-in date, additionally a QR code by your bed will get you online in seconds. Space in wardrobe will be available exclusively to you (spare bedding is in another if you need it).
Please note that my work means I may not be present for large parts of your stay . If the social aspect of this platform are important, send me a message so I can let you know if I'll be about. I keep fairly busy so will often be out and about. I'm pretty relaxed, outgoing, up for a chat, but respect your privacy and space as well.

Located within easy walking distance (1 min) of North Melbourne Station (1 stop from Southern Cross Station / Skybus) and 4 min walk to the route 57 tram. The 401 bus (express shuttle to hospitals on Flemington Rd) is also 1 minute away. For the budget minded, a 5 minute walk gets you within the free tram zone.
If you're concerned about noise from all that convenient public transport, rest assured, double-glazed windows and modern design standards make this the quietest apartment I've ever been in.
Feel free to use the kitchen (induction stovetop, electric oven, microwave. I supply free basic breakfast supplies (cereals, milk (cow/oat), bread (etc.) for toast, as well as tea & coffee (instant, sorry). You can also access the common area: rooftop garden and bbq (Clothing optional applies only within the apartment and not common areas (people have asked this too).
TV in the living room (shared space) has Netflix^, Stan^ (Australian equivalent) and YouTube available as well as various apps, or Chromecast from your device. ^ due to temporary technical problems Netflix and Stan via Chromecast only.
I have washing machine (and iron etc.) that you can use but no clothes dryer. A rack is available for air drying or there is a laundromat 5 minutes walk away.

Melbourne is a very welcoming and generally safe city for lgbti+ people, but for super-friendly pubs/clubs the two main areas are Fitzroy/Collingwood (10 - 15 min Uber/taxi) and South Yarra/Prahran (locals pronounce it "pran" - rhyming with 'pram') which is about 20 min drive. Also check out Pride of Our Footscray, a pub just a 5 minute uber/taxi to the west (full discloseure, my brother-in-law is part owner).

Walking distance to the central business district (10-15 minutes), aquarium, Southern Cross Station (10 mins), Flagstaff Gardens (7 mins). Flagstaff gardens is within the free tram zone. The aquarium, Docklands (Melbourne Star-permanently closed), outlet and boutique shopping is also close by.
To get to the apartment from the airport, take Skybus to Southern Cross Station (Uber/taxi will usually cost at least double and may or may not be faster). Then either train to North Melbourne Station (1 stop) or its about a 12-15 minute walk straight up Spencer St. A Myki/ticket (7-eleven or station kiosk) is required - android users can use an app version.
