• Please take shoes off at the front door and kindly no running, jumping, or loud footsteps (mind heel noise)
• Pets must be housebroken, well-groomed (regularly bathed / clean-smelling) and quiet
• Dogs must relieve themselves away from the building—not in the landscaping or walkways, and please clean up immediately afterwards (enzymatic cleaner under kitchen sink in case of an accident)
• No smoking on building premises—closed-door vaping OK from private deck
• Please do not cook extremely strong-smelling food that can leave a lingering odor (no smelly fish, deep-frying, chargrilled meats, strong curries, etc.)
• Run laundry appliances only between 8:00am-10:00pm only
• Please be a good planetary citizen and sort your refuse into the provided recycling, landfill, and compost bins—“if in doubt, throw it out” (landfill)
• No loud music or parties
• Maximum unit occupancy of 4 adults
• Unplug and drain iron after use, and unplug hair dryer when finished
• Run exhaust fan timer during showers to reduce bathroom humidity; in warm months, run laundry fan when drying to reduce heat radiating into living space

• Run recirculating hood fan when using the oven to help reduce cooking odors, and open doors if necessary to vent strong food odors or accidental smoke
