The apartment has everything you need for your stay. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a bath room with toilet, a kitchen and a terrace which is facing to a green garden.
My accomodation is ideal for 2 persons but further 1-2 persons can sleep in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with all the needed requirements in order to prepare simple meals: fridge, electric stove,oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine.
The living room is furnished with large flat screen LED TV, air conditioner, big glass dining table and a large spacious pullout sofa. The windows owerlooks to the courtyard of the building. The bedroom is facing a peaceful green garden. It is quiet even if is in a central location.
Parking:
The apartment is situated in parking zone where you have to pay for parking. If you arrive by car you can park near to the building, a few blocks away which place is not payment zone.
I provide fresh towels and bed sheets for every guest. Wireless internet is also included in the price.

The building is located at 9th district in a quiet, traffic-calmed street, just a few steps away from Erzsébet körút (grand boulevard) and from the stop of the tram No. 4 - 6. There is a metro station also at the end of the street.
The apartment is from a 10-min-walk from Tram 2 which takes you directly to the Parliament along the beautiful riverside and a 5-min-walk from Tram No 4-6 that takes you literally around downtown area and runs nonstop!
The apartment is also very close to the new cultural center of Budapest, the Hungarian National Theater, the Palace of Arts and Ludwig Museum of Modern Art are also easy to reach either by a short and pleasant riverside walk along the Danube – which is also recommended for runners - or by Tram 2.
The neighborhood is the most popular area of Budapest night life, many clubs, bars, ruin pubs.
Within a short walk, you'll find many restaurants and cafes along the pedestrian Raday Street, as well as gay places :Capella dance club, Action bar, Magnum Sauna. Club 69 Sauna is just a few steps from the apartment.
