You will have the Private bedroom for you own in my apartment located 15 minutes walk from the historic center, is a home away from home. Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary, gas oven, microwave oven , fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer. You will be sharing the place with me, I can advise about the places to visit and how to reach these. Bathroom has shower, towels, soap/bath gels. Bathroom is shared in the house.

Smoking is allowed only outside the place. No shoes in the house. Also, try to conserve water and energy by making sure they are off when not needed. When you use things in the house, put them back.
Do not duplicate the keys or give it to someone else, it is against the law. Take care of the place/house just like how you take care of your own home/properties.
