There is not a full kitchen but a minifridge and microwave in the closet. Im not a professional host so these are basic accommodations. There is a small inflatable hot tub/spa on the patio that works for 1-2 people. For an additional fee I can have the hot tub cleaned and heated for you, but you must pledge to not have loud music, talking or other guests there that might disturb my nearby neighbors. Quiet, private, short walk to capitol hill. there is no private parking and street parking is zoned in this and most seattle neighborhoods but parking on this street is usually easy. There are steps to come up from the street since I live on a hill which are not easy with large heavy luggage.
There is a trader joes, coffee shop and anytime fitness 4 blocks away.
