Capitol Hill and Lower Downtown or LoDo, are the main gay areas in Denver, and offer plenty of LGBTQ venues certain to leave you feeling right at home. Whatever time you visit Capitol Hill, you’re guaranteed a lively ambiance, for this is Denver’s most populated district.

Then head to popular bar-cum-nightclub, Charlie’s. Located on East Colfax Avenue, Charlie’s is a community-oriented venue that is a mix of country, top 40, and drag. If you’re looking for one of the best gay clubs in Denver, you need to stop by Tracks. This is the city’s most popular gay club, and is housed in a massive warehouse disco. You can expect two distinct areas here, with different music genres: one with house, and the other with classic tunes from the 70s and 80s. 

For Denver gay cruising, Midtowne Spa is a solid option. Open 24/7, the spa is housed in a historic brick building, and offers the usual steam rooms, hot tub, and saunas, along with more unique jail cells and a dungeon. Alternatively, Denver Swim Club offers a slightly more relaxed atmosphere, and is particularly popular with locals. It also boasts a very large outdoor area.
