Pride of our Footscray is a community gay bar located in Footscray, Melbourne. The place is a not for profit community with 200 part-owners who have all signed a declaration related to diversity. The bar opens 5 nights a week with lots of drag shows, bingo, poetry reading, live music, dance classes, karaoke or cabaret.
There's a little garden outside where you can smoke. The 2 bathrooms are gender neutral. Located close to Footscray Station, opposite the Footscray Market, above Thanh Phat Viet Grocery (ground floor) and below FIT 24/7 Gym (2nd floor).
Open Tuesday-Saturday from 5pm with Happy Hour 5-8pm, open 'til 3am on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
