This service allows you to make payments through the website or application of the bank where you have a deposit account, or through an agent company where you have an electronic wallet, or where credit card payments and Kiosk payments are accepted.
Payment terms and methods
- Payments are accepted only for electricity bills within the due date and without overdue amounts, except for agents authorized to accept overdue payments.
- The amount per bill must not exceed the payment limit set by the agent company.
- A service fee of 10 Baht per electricity bill is charged.
- You must be a customer of the bank or agent company providing the service and have a savings account, current account, or electronic wallet.
- Contact the bank or agent company to request the service.
- Follow the payment procedures as specified by the bank or agent company.
- Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation message on your computer screen or mobile phone screen (Short Message) as evidence of payment.
- The Metropolitan Electricity Authority will issue an official receipt/tax invoice to the customer, sent by mail or appended to the next bill after payment.
For those subscribed to receive electronic documents, the Metropolitan Electricity Authority will send the official receipt/tax invoice through the requested channels.
- For corporate customers, you can register for Internet Banking services to make payments with the following banks:
- Single Bill Corporates: Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, Kasikornbank Public Company Limited, Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited, and TMBThanachart Bank Public Company Limited.
- Aggregate Bill Corporates: Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, Kasikornbank Public Company Limited, and TMB Thanachart Bank Public Company Limited.
