Our company got its start in 1924 when we brought energy to towns on the Montana-North Dakota border.

Today, from our headquarters in Bismarck, North Dakota, we serve nearly 1.2 million customers with electricity and natural gas utility services, and we have capacity to transport 2.6 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day through our regulated pipeline system across the Rocky Mountain and northern Great Plains regions. We also provide a full spectrum of construction services through our electrical and mechanical, and transmission and distribution construction business.
