Early Recontract Fee waiver Voucher PROMOTION

• This $356.54 Early recontact Fee waiver Voucher Promotion (“Promotion”) is only valid only for eligible customers of mobile lines who receives the campaign SMS, M1 App Notification, or EDM from M1.
• The $356.54 Handset Voucher is only valid for use till end date as stated in the communications.
• This Promotion (including eligibility for this Promotion) is not transferable. The handset voucher under this Promotion is only valid for use with the handset that is purchased with the eligible re-contracting line and must be redeemed and utilised at the point of re-contract (otherwise the handset voucher shall lapse).

1. What is this program about?​​
   M1 is offering a handset upgrade program for customers who purchase any of the iPhone 14 and 14 Pro family during the stipulated promotion period and upgrade to new iPhone on the 13th month during their contractual period.​
2. Who can take part in this program?
   Any existing M1 customer who has purchased any iPhone 14/14 Plus/14 Pro/14 Pro Max between 14 March 2023 – 23 April 2023, are eligible for this program. This is applicable on both Bespoke Contract and Bespoke Flexi plan. Not applicable to CORI or CORP plans. ​
3. How does this program work?​
   When you sign up any iPhone 14/14 Plus/14 Pro/14 Pro Max with Bespoke contract or Bespoke Flexi plans, you will be eligible for a handset renewal voucher up to $1200. This voucher given in your account allows you to purchase any iPhone 15 series on the 13th month of your contract. The early re-contract fee will be waived off for customer who sign up under Bespoke Contract plan in 2023. All you need to do is surrender your current iPhone 14/14 Plus/14 Pro/14 Pro Max when you recontract on the 13th month. ​
4. When can I redeem the voucher?​
   The new handset voucher can be redeemed on your 13th month, between 18 March 2024 to 10 April 2024.​
5. How can I redeem the voucher?
   A notification EDM/SMS will be sent to you on the 13th month of your contractual period. Simply walk in any of the M1 Retail shop to recontract with your handset voucher.
6. What do I need to bring for this  program? ​
   You will be required to surrender the iPhone 14/14 Plus/14 Pro/14 Pro Max handset. Other handset accessories (including your handset adaptors, USB cables etc) are not required.​
   
7. What do I need to do with my handset before I bring in for this program?
   Ensure your handset is backed up, OEM lock removed, factory setting reset done and SIM/memory card removed before proceeding to any of our M1 shops. You will also need to remove any handset casing and screen protectors before handing over the handset to our trade-in specialists to evaluate your handset condition.​
8.  If I lost my iPhone 14, can I still enjoy this program?​
   No, as you are required to hand in the iPhone 14/14 Plus/14 Pro/14 Pro Max that you purchased during this program in order to enjoy this offer.​

    

9. My handset has some defects, sometimes it is not working or cannot be powered up. Can I still participate in this program?
   The handset that you bring in for trade in needs to be in working condition. The below conditions are accepted:​
   - Can be powered on and off ​
   - Touch screen is functional ​
   - Free from corrosion ​
   - Free from dents or cracks ​
   - Free from burnt or discoloration ​
   - All handset parts are intact ​
   If you are unsure of whether your handset condition may be acceptable, please proceed to any of our participating M1 shops listed to get our trade-in specialists for a free evaluation.
10. My handset has some defects; can I still participate for this program?​
    No, handsets with defects will not be acceptable. If unsure of handset conditions, you can proceed to any of the M1 shops listed to get trade-in specialist to evaluate your handset.​ ​
11. Will my handset be acceptable for the program if it has gone through any hardware or software modifications? 
    The handset that you bring in for the program needs to be in its original state and with original parts. ​
12. Do I need to remove my screen or pin lock from my handset? 
    The handset that you bring in for the program needs to have OEM lock (ie. iTunes, iCloud, Samsung Account, Google Account etc) and all other passwords (ie. screen/pin/fingerprint lock, Face ID) removed. ​
13. How do I turn off or remove "Find My iPhone", "Find My iPad", "iCloud", "Gmail", "Google account" or "Find My Mobile"?

14.  I forgot to back-up my data before resetting the handset back to factory default settings. Are you able to help retrieve the data? ​ After factory reset, we will not be able to retrieve any of your past data. Please ensure you have done all data back-up before doing reset or handing in your handset.​
15. Do I have to remove all accessories from my handset (such as screen protector and back cover)?​
    All accessories including handset casing, screen protectors, etc are to be removed before handing over your handset for the swap. ​
16. What are the handset models that I can purchase with these handset voucher?
    You can only purchase iPhone 15/15 Plus/15 Pro or 15 Pro Max
17. Can I request for change of model or brand?​
    Request to change to another brand is not allowed. Option to downgrade or upgrade to a different variant of iPhone Model is allowed.Subject to stocks availability​.
18. Am I restricted to recontract on my current bill plans? Can I upgrade my existing plan when I recontract?
    No, you are not restricted. You can choose to recontract to a higher bill plan. However, downgrade of plan is not allowed.​
19. Can I switch from a Bespoke Contract to a Bespoke Flexi instalment plan?
    No, if you are on Bespoke contract plan, you can only recontract to your existing bill plan or upgrade to higher Bespoke Contract plan.​
20. Can I switch from a Bespoke Flexi to Bespoke contract plan?
    No. If you are on Bespoke Flexi plan, you can only recontract to your existing bill plan and pay the balance instalment repayment.
21. Do I need to pay for the early recontract fee for my current Bespoke Contract plan?
    No, the Earlyrecontract fee will be waived off for this program for eligible customer exclusively for this program.​
22. Can I stack on the current promotion?​
    Offer is mutually exclusive and is not applicable with any other recontract vouchers, handset vouchers, discounts or promotions, unless otherwise stated. Overtrade of iPhone 15 series and M1 X Citibank Credit card promotions is stackable with this iPhone 15 Upgrade Campaign.
