Demand for interim C-suite talent is growing rapidly. Key article quote: "Since 2022, there has been a 170% increase in requests for on-demand leadership roles across finance, human resources, technology, and other functions ... most interim jobs often last between six and 12 months." The data comes from a study by the Business Talent Group, which is part of Heidrick and Struggles.
