The job market is getting out of hand. I keep seeing this way too often. A junior role requiring 4+ years of experience, is not a junior role. A junior role should require 0-1 years of experience, at max 0-2 years of experience. At 4+ years of experience, in some cases, you have enough experience to run an entire project on your own. This looks bad not only for juniors or fresh graduates wanting to begin their career in their chosen field, it also under represents in a way someone who is not so junior.
