As a business, you pass on the opportunity to work with someone in the marketing sphere. Why? Because they didn’t have a 4yr marketing degree taught by someone who most likely doesn’t have a successful business where THEY did the marketing. They teach theory and concepts—all of which mean nadda if you don’t know how to use it. All of a sudden… You find out your competitor went with them, and they 4x their revenue, projecting to go higher in the coming months. Yet you’re still trying to find someone to save your business. Satisfied with mediocrity. If you feel anything other than you’re being beaten by your competition, you’re lying to yourself. How many doctors/therapists do you know that are horrible? Literally almost all of them. Treating the symptom instead of the cure. Results WIN. Not pieces of paper.

A lot of law firms center their marketing strategy on acquiring as many leads as possible. While that’s one way of going about ensuring growth, it’s not the most effective. What should law firms be looking at instead? Internal alignment—Finding the right people and processes and systems that can create case acquisition opportunities.
