The anatomy of a blue screen
- [Instructor] In the previous video, I showed you how to create a blue screen of death error, or blue screen error as it's sometimes called, on demand. Even so, the actual error message only stayed on screen for a few seconds. So that being the case, I wanted to take a step back and give you a better look at the blue screen error and point out some of the different elements that make up the error message. So as you look at the screen, the very first thing that you'll probably notice is the frown face, followed by a block of text that says your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info and then we'll restart for you. Now, obviously that text is a little bit generic, and it doesn't really do anything to help you solve the problem, but if you look a little bit further down on the screen, things get a little bit more interesting.
