Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area. CPA qualification is highly desirable
Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, and core accounting principles. Skilled in major accounting software and ERP solutions like QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite
Analytical Abilities: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at interpreting complex financial data to provide strategic insights
Leadership Qualities: Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, capable of motivating and leading a diverse team
