We protect people, places and data by identifying then addressing cybersecurity, infrastructure, perimeter, and site vulnerabilities. We are currently looking for a Security Systems Administrator to fill a contract position at the World Trade Center in New York City.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Systems Administrator to work at our client's site to perform administration and coordinate maintenance of the client's security systems and applications. This is a full-time contract position in the New York City area.
Job Details
Responsibilities
- Under direction from the client's Security Systems Manager, provide support and administration for the following client-owned systems:
- Avigilon CCTV system
- Genetec CCTV system
- Alutel Handheld card reader system
- HID SAFE badging application
- BriefCam
- RapiScan X-Ray
- RapiScan Secondary screening
- Barco Wall System for HUB, VSC, SACC
- ELSAG LRP system
- Under vehicle surveillance system
- Work with client's team to update and/or prepare responsibility matrix for security applications owned by client facilities throughout NYC/NJ area
- Work with client to update security systems plan for security applications owned by client
- Coordinate routine scheduled maintenance with maintenance contractor for applications owned by client
- Work with client and maintenance contractor to address system vulnerabilities discovered on applications owned by client
- Coordinate patching and rebooting schedule of client-owned systems listed above
- Work with vendors to address issues identified for systems listed above
- VMWare: 2 years (Preferred)
- Windows Server: 1 year (Preferred)
- LINUX : 1 year (Preferred)
- Cisco Certified (Preferred)
- Cybersecurity Experience: 2 Years (Preferred)
- Confidential (preferred)
- 8-Hour Shift
- Day Shift
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- On call as needed
- New York, NY 10006: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required). This is an in-person position(notremote)
