The Windward School is seeking a liaison to manage communication between our school and attorneys for the DOE/reimbursement process. Additional responsibilities include handling enrollment contracts, assisting with accounts payable, and managing various HR tasks and administrative functions.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Liaison between School and attorneys for the DOE/reimbursement process. Includes regular communication and follow-up with attorneys to ensure information is current regarding expected collection of DOE/reimbursement funds. Also includes submission of enrollment contracts and tuition payment affidavits to attorneys, upon request.
- Assist with accounts payable, as needed
- Manage monthly credit card receipt process
- Assist with general administrative Business Office tasks, as needed
- Create and submit all HR invoices for all department orders through the purchase order process or the check request process.
- Reconcile all benefits invoices quarterly
- Assist with the HR inbox distributing inquiries to the appropriate parties
- Ensure all labor law posters and compliance postings are updated on all campuses and the website/portal
- Assist with the completion of all employment verifications, loan forgiveness and other confidential documentation sent to the HR inbox
- Continuously check the Paid Time Off section in Paycom to be sure all accruals are entered in correctly and answer any questions employees may have regarding these matters
- Ensure all personnel files are up to date and organized
- Update all employee information in systems including, Paycom and Veracross
- Collect, calculate and input all extra pay, over time pay and additional pays in the semi-monthly payroll
- Assist with the recruitment process, as needed
- Assist with employee recognition events, as needed
- Assist with the tuition reimbursement process
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Strong technical, communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with other Microsoft Office applications and Abobe PDF tools
- Experience in Paycom is a plus
