We're hiring a CNC Operations Manager. Founded in 1992, WMT is a rapidly growing, privately-owned, non-union facility focused on solving our customers’ challenges for precision machined components. Our nationwide customer base supports some of the most critical industries and applications. WMT has been an ISO 9001 registered company for 20+ years and we embrace a spirit of continuous improvement, growth and customer service excellence. The Position The CNC Operations Manager is a critical position which manages the efforts and activities of all CNC department employees. The position reports directly to the Plant Manager and collaborates with various departments to ensure the efficient and successful production of orders scheduled within the CNC department. This role will have a direct impact on the organization’s success within our growing CNC department. Daily activities will include administering work rules and policies, upholding safety, ISO/quality, documentation standards and meeting the departments productivity and efficiency goals.
