Westcoast also operates Mobile Units that are equipped with the latest technology and tools so our clinicians can make critical adjustments and provide specialized care for adult and pediatric patients who are homebound or in the hospital, and reach those in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Over two million individuals live with limb loss in the United States, along with countless others dealing with limb difference and mobility impairment. To better support our residents with disabilities, we advanced legislation by Senator Troy Singleton which would require insurance coverage for certain athletic orthotics and prosthetics. “This legislation will expand the horizons for residents with physical disabilities throughout the state, and most especially for kids who simply want to play," says Singleton.
