Our name, image, and tag line are inspired by a man who has come to represent creative genius and a seemingly innate ability to excel at anything he tried. "The Vitruvian Man", a simple sketch by Leonardo da Vinci, is intended to illustrate the perfect dimensions of the human form and how they fit into the natural order seamlessly. The perfect dimensions have come to be synonymous with the "perfect man". We make no claim to possessing the genius of a Renaissance Master. Our simple goal is to observe, identify, and deliver the unique talent your company needs. Just as every human is different (and uniquely perfect), the human your company needs is like that singular piece of the puzzle which completes the picture. We have the skill, resources, and discipline needed to find that perfect piece for you and, just as importantly, to do so quickly. We like to say, "we create something from nothing... every day". While it may sound like magic, it's really just the result of an uncommon work ethic, common sense, diligent application of proven methods, attention to detail, and a passion for problem solving. Any accomplished magician will tell you the real "magic" is in the years of practice it takes to create the illusion. In truth, there is nothing magical about what we do. Recruiting is not rocket science. If your recruiter can't find a Product Manager, a Design Engineer, and a Compensation Analyst all at the same time we would suggest it is time to find another recruiter. The best practice that goes into finding a nuclear physicist is the same as that which is used to find a CFO. It really comes down to simple, fundamental principles of honest, authentic communication, trust, reliability, and accountability.
