A toast is in order! Congrats to Virgin Galactic pilot Mike "Sooch" Masucci who was awarded the prestigious J.H. Doolittle award from the The Society of Experimental Test Pilots. The James H. “Jimmy” Doolittle Award is presented for outstanding accomplishment in technical management or engineering achievement in aerospace technology. Well-deserved for all Mike’s accomplishments in aerospace and beyond.

This #NationalHispanicHeritageMonth, our team celebrated with Virgin Galactic Astronaut 007, Jamila Gilbert. She shared her Mexican heritage, Purepechan roots, and the “siempre adelante” mindset, along with her incredible journey as the 4th Hispanic woman and one of the first 20 people to fly to space. #TeamGalactic

We had a fantastic time at the Spaceport America Open House hosted with the City of Las Cruces Space Festival, featuring aircraft displays, a hot air balloon, and a great community turnout of 2,000+ visitors! Highlights included presentations by former NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration astronaut Nicole Stott, our own CJ Sturckow, and NM Lieutenant Governor Howie Morales, along with tours of VSS Unity and a rocket motor display. Fun fact: CJ was Nicole’s commander on her first flight to space 15 years ago!

What an exciting day at our Teammate Benefits Fair at our Orange County HQ during #NationalWellnessMonth!
