Engineering News-Record California has announced the winners of their annual Regional Best Projects competition, and we’re pleased to share that two of Verdical Group’s projects have been awarded. Our Nimoy Theater project, which is located on the University of California Los Angeles’ (UCLA) campus, was named the Best Cultural/Worship project in Southern California. Our team supported Shawmut Design and Construction and the project team in earning a BD+C Gold certification. Our LAX Terminal Cores project also earned an Award of Merit in the Airport/Transit Southern California category. Verdical Group is working with Austin Commercial to target BD+C Silver certification for the two Los Angeles World Airports’ (LAWA) terminal cores.
