About us
Progressive and sustainable, we're always looking at what's next. Talking Rain is experiencing double-digit growth, primarily driven by Sparkling Ice, America's #1 Sparkling Water. We're constantly innovating. We fail fast and use what we learn to produce incredible results. All of this is possible because of our Rain Makers. This diverse group of people shows up every day with an insatiable curiosity and a drive to get things done—and we can always trust them to make it happen. Things move fast around here, which is why we're so thankful for the flexibility they bring. Above all, our Rain Makers are just an approachable, empathetic bunch—because creating connections is at the core of everything we do. Our people are our most important asset. That's why we invest in them with benefits and development opportunities that reflect just how much we value them. We've come a long way since we were founded in 1987 by two men in a bar. If you're looking for your new home, a place where you'll be empowered to make an impact, visit our website to learn more about the people and events that helped form the company we are today and will be tomorrow.

As we continue to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, we connected with three incredible Rain Makers who have shared their personal stories, traditions, and experiences. "Thank you to Angela Pargas, Oscar Mayorquín, and Lidia G. - their voices have enriched our understanding of this vibrant and diverse culture, reminding us of the importance of connecting, learning, and growing from one another. Together, we're building a stronger, more inclusive community." - Veronica Blankenship Let’s keep the conversations going, the stories flowing, and the learning alive! #HispanicHeritageMonth #People

We believe in creating beverages that aren’t just better for you, they’re on the road to carbon neutral too. Our very own COO, Oscar Mayorquín, shared thoughts with Food Processing magazine about the steps we've taken to improve our sustainability, such as reducing the amount of plastic in our bottles and removing the cardboard trays from our packaging. “As of this year, we’ve been able to eliminate 1.6 million lbs. of plastic, and the impact on our carbon footprint has been tremendous,” said Oscar. Our work is nowhere near done, though. Read the rest of the article to find out more about our ongoing sustainability initiatives: https://lnkd.in/eHfmFwFc #SparklingIce

We're getting noticed at Talking Rain, for all the right reasons. We’re thrilled to share that we've ranked at the top of the Ad Age Harris Poll, naming our Sparkling Ice portfolio of full-flavored, better-for-you beverages among the top five brands capturing cross-generational attention, and highlighting the significance of our new approach to corporate social responsibility. “…Sparkling Ice Energy [4th with GenZ] gained ground as its parent company Talking Rain Beverage Company in June kicked off a campaign in support of Girls on the Run, a non-profit that supports physical and mental health for young girls.” Flagship product Sparkling Ice was similarly recognized as #1 among the boomer generation. This recognition underscores our ability to identify with a diverse consumer base, and bridge generations by what connects us – investment in our communities. Talking Rain focuses on doing well by doing good, committed to sharing our success to support healthy communities, personal wellbeing, and greater inclusivity, and we’re thrilled that our purpose is resonating with crowds of all ages. “This year has been all about bold moves with significant investments in marketing, impactful charitable giving, and a whole lot of full-flavor fun. From our crowd-pleaser collaborations to welcoming new talent into our leadership team and redesigning our iconic bottles, we've expanded our reach and appeal. But what truly inspires us is how we've united Rain Makers and consumers of all ages around shared causes, partnering with incredible non-profits such as Girls on the Run International, K9s For Warriors, The Jed Foundation (JED), and American Cancer Society”, says Veronica Blankenship, Chief People and Communications Officer. As Disability Pride Month draws to a close, we’d like to take a moment to give a shout of support to all our Rain Makers and friends with visible and hidden disabilities who bring so much to our community through divergent thought, approach and ideation. During Disability Pride Month we honor people with disabilities who are increasingly stepping forward to claim their full identity, and celebrate the unique and varied perspectives brought by people who have diversity of experience. Disability Pride Month, celebrated during July since 2015, marks 34 years since passage of the Americans With Disabilities (ADA) act. The ADA threw open doors of accessibility and change in our country, eliminating physical and social barriers to the inclusion of people with disabilities into the workforce and social fabric of our society. Though so much has changed in the last 34 years, we still find barriers for those who experience the world differently, either from physical limitations or neuro-diversity. We will continue to work together as a Rain Maker community to break down these barriers and improve access for all.

Talking Rain Beverage Co®, makers of Sparkling Ice reposted this
I recently had the pleasure of attending a Red Sox game back in Boston with Nuno, a U.S. Veteran, and Luna, his service dog. About a year ago, Sparkling Ice sponsored their training through K9s For Warriors - this was the first time I’ve been able to meet the pair personally and see their incredible partnership in action. K9s For Warriors is the largest provider of trained service dogs to military veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury and/or military sexual trauma. They like to say that they’re “saving lives at both ends of the leash” because not only do the service dogs help U.S. Veterans with invisible wounds of war, but the organization also saves shelter dogs by training them for this purpose. By sharing our success, Talking Rain helps people live life in full flavor. To me this means that they feel welcome and accepted exactly as they are. Inclusiveness is core to our values as a company, and it’s been the bedrock of our corporate philanthropy. I’m so glad that we can support organizations like K9s For Warriors and help make life more flavorful for folks like Nuno and his family. For my colleague Veronica’s thoughts on the day, plus more pictures of our day at the ballpark, check out https://lnkd.in/gtqUs758 In addition, to learn more about Nuno’s story, you can watch the video we produced just after he graduated from the K9s For Warriors program last year. https://lnkd.in/g6fHexi4
