Here’s what some of our properties and regional maintenance teams have been up to: The Ardea Apartments pampered their maintenance team with pedicures. Was SPR blue on the menu? 💅 Arbor Creek Apartments, Argyle Apartments, and Augusta Apartments cleaned and painted units for their Admin Lean-In events. 🎨 The Bend regional maintenance team went bowling for their appreciation event 🎳. It’s the end of Week 3 for Maintenance Appreciation Month! Here are some photos from the week: Argyle Apartments in Washington provided their maintenance team with Crumbl Cookies. The Marq on Martin Apartments in Washington surprised their maintenance team with a gift basket. Office team members at The Willows at Printers Park Apartments in Colorado participated in an Admin Lean-in where they learned how to change locks, repair a toilet, caulking, installation of a window screen, as well as a blind replacement. The Arizona regional maintenance team members held their maintenance appreciation event at Topgolf. The Nevada regional maintenance team members also held their event at Topgolf the previous week. Emerson Apartments in Kirkland, Washington, installed a “Rain Garden” earlier this year. A rain garden assists in reducing rainwater going into storm drains. Rainwater not utilized by the plants is returned to the ground by use of agricultural drainage systems. Emerson residents have enjoyed seeing a typically grassy area turned into a beautiful garden with indigenous plants and flowers. This also benefits the surrounding flood-prone area. Security Properties Residential manages this property on behalf of King County Housing Authority, who loved it so much they requested their other communities add rain gardens.
