They are seeking an experienced Head of Quality Assurance to lead the start-up of food safety operations and build a high-performing QA team. Key Responsibilities: 🛠️ Establish Quality Assurance Systems: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plans. 📈 Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement initiatives to enhance processes and foster collaboration across departments. ✅ BRC Certification: Obtain and maintain BRC certification once the facility is operational. Preferred Qualifications: 🎓 Education: Master’s degree in Animal Science, Meat Science, or related fields (Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience will also be considered). 💼 Experience: 7-10+ years in food safety and quality roles. Minimum of 10 years in management positions.
