    Organizations will need to overcome the "Personalization Paradox" if they are going to deliver great customer experiences in 2025. As part of Qualtrics's 2025 Consumer Trends research, we found that consumers want interactions tailored to their individual needs. However, they're hesitant to provide brands with the personal details needed to deliver these personalized experiences.
