As part of Qualtrics's 2025 Consumer Trends research, we found that consumers want interactions tailored to their individual needs. However, they're hesitant to provide brands with the personal details needed to deliver these personalized experiences. In fact, only 33% of consumers trust organizations to use their data responsibly!
