“Imagine how much more we could help healthcare audiences if we place more tailored, relevant and useful content for them each step of the way. We must engineer better tools to rise to the occasion of meeting healthcare consumers where and when they need empowering health content.” The patient journey can be fraught with disruptions, with each missed connection further delaying care. Health marketers have the opportunity to provide critical information at a patients' time of need, but a complex data landscape necessitates health-specific tools to reach them. Adam S Cohen, PHM SVP, Product & Solution Design writes in MediaPost on the importance of using intent data and how health marketers need more sophisticated solutions to cater to the unique needs of our audiences.

These leaders then manage a summer intern, putting these skills into action and providing a foundation as they grow as people managers. Two of these Rising Leaders, Braxton Brent, Manager, Business Intelligence and Jacob Cohen, Supervisor, Strategy, shared their perspectives on how this program shaped their leadership journey and gave them new opportunities to grow.
