On this project for Trident Construction, LLC at The Waterfront DI we installed James Hardie primed lap siding and primed board and batten accents on all buildings! We also installed AZEK Building Products historic sill and custom column wraps. We previously completed Phase 1 and were invited back to install the exterior cladding on Phase 2. Thank you to our Charleston Commercial team for all their work between both phases!

Have you heard of IPE decking? IPE is a Brazilian hardwood decking that performs better overtime compared to traditional wood decking. Below is one of our recent projects where we replaced the homeowners old wood decking and railings with new IPE decking and cable railing!

Are you looking for versatile siding options for your next project? James Hardie fibercement siding offers a wide array of products to fit any siding design. The first picture is different sizes of their Artisan Lap Siding used together to give more dimensionality to the siding. The second picture is their Board and Batten siding which uses James Hardie Vertical Siding Panels in combination with their batten strips. Since the Board and Batten siding is not prefabricated it allows for different spacing options for the batten strips for a custom look. These were both commercial projects we completed for Trident Construction, LLC, but can easily be applied residentially as well!

Meet one of our Accounting Specialist! Carla is based out of our Bluffton office and is part of our accounting team. They work together to keep our teams and projects on track from behind the scenes. She has been with Premier for 3 years! When not at work Carla loves reading, doing jigsaw puzzles and crafts. She has been married to her husband for 35 years and she has 2 stepsons, 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
