In this 11th year of sharing our progress toward diversity and inclusion, our clarity of purpose continues to be directly connected to our company mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. And as we approach our 50th anniversary, we are reminded that D&I has always been at the core of our business. I am energized by the areas where we have accrued progress—for example in representation at some senior leader levels for women and racial and ethnic minority groups, and by the new data and insights we share for the first time this year—such as global self-identification data for employees in the disability, military, and Indigenous communities.
