As Chris Gonzalez celebrates his 5th Mendoversary today, we look back with sincere appreciation for his efforts & talents 🎉 Chris originally joined Mendo as a Hospitality Team Member at 3rd & Fairfax, then became an IT Team Member as a Help Desk Specialist in 2021. Since then, Chris has continued to grow his career with the IT Team, and now leads our Technology Implementation for New Stores! He's been a part of opening nearly 30 new Mendos, and continues to spread the Eat Happy ethos! Thanks for all you do Chris!

A lot of people ask “WHY in the world would anyone want to be a GM of a restaurant?! I don’t care how good the food is, I could never do it“ This is my why. Empowering my staff to be more than just a great team player. Helping them embrace all their potential not only in my store, but in all areas of their life. When I find myself asking “Why DO I do this?!” I always look back at this. Never forget that there’s more that goes into being a GM than having a great P&L.
