Regulations like SFDR, EU Taxonomy, and ESRS are still too complex for many. There’s a growing need for harmonization to drive capital into truly sustainable investments and prevent greenwashing. → The Retrofit Business Case: One of the biggest hurdles is that retrofitting benefits often go to tenants, not landlords.
