A number of our leaders and colleagues attended The Grace Hopper Celebration in Philadelphia last week. We are a proud sponsor of the conference, which is the world’s largest gathering of women and non-binary technologists. The event is named in honor of Grace Hopper, who was a computer scientist and U.S. Navy rear admiral. The goal of the event is to empower tomorrow’s innovators and equip women in technology with the skills, knowledge and networks necessary to drive innovation and lead transformative change in the digital age.

Today is World Mental Health Day, a day to emphasize the importance of focusing on our mental well-being. Dr. Candice Williams, Director of Mind Health and Wellness for the Boston Celtics, spoke with our colleagues this week about mental wellness. She shared some of the advice she gives athletes off the court to help them keep their minds in peak condition and inspired us to channel our inner champion.

    • Photo Description: QUOTE You can’t just train your body from the neck down; you have to train it from the neck up. Your brain is a muscle like your hamstrings, biceps and triceps. You have to prioritize your mental health too. END QUOTE. Dr. Candice Williams, Director of Mind Health and Wellness for the Boston Celtics.
