We are committed to improving value-based healthcare delivery.
About us
Integrative Emergency Services (IES) is transforming the way healthcare is practiced across the continuum of care and furthering the emergency department’s role in value-based healthcare delivery. IES partners with physician groups to help create a culture of excellence through leadership, research, education, knowledge translation and data-driven decision-making. IES’s high-touch approach with physician groups provides both clinical and financial benefits, resulting in EDs that deliver high-value healthcare to patients and bring value to the bottom line. IES’s mission is to help physician groups preserve their culture and strengthen the relationships they have with the hospitals and communities they serve through partnerships and incentive alignment. Our mission is what drives us, and this sense of purpose translates into mindful every day business practices. Our business was not built to merely staff emergency departments (EDs); it exists to improve outcomes for practices and patients alike, and to purposely shape the future of emergency medicine. IES is committed to enhancing the field of emergency medicine through a variety of educational and research-oriented avenues, including published research focusing on advancing medical science and with the annual Quality Summit. A staunch supporter of the advancement of clinical education and dissemination of information, IES’s goal is to teach current and future providers best practices and show them how to be active proponents of change and help improve overall delivery through proven protocols. Through IES’s fellowship and residency programs, best practices are promoted and implemented in both clinical leadership strategy and knowledge translation. Today, for National Physician Suicide Awareness Day, we pause to recognize the silent struggle many physicians face. We must remember and acknowledge that those who care for others are not immune to the pressures and emotional tolls of their work. The stress, burnout, and emotional weight of saving lives can be overwhelming. If you're a healthcare clinician feeling overwhelmed, you are not alone. Your life and well-being are as important as those you care for. We encourage you to reach out and share the resources below with your colleagues.
Today is National Physicians Suicide Awareness Day. ⚕️ Physicians have one of the highest suicide rates of any profession. More than half of physicians know a physician has either considered, attempted or died by suicide in their career. It's estimated that one million Americans lose their physicians to suicide each year. We can all help prevent physician suicide by reading and sharing these resources.

This week is #WorldSuicidePreventionWeek. At IES, we recognize the critical importance of mental health and the strength found in support. Every life is valuable, and together, we can change the narrative around mental health struggles by breaking the silence and offering compassion. If you or someone you know needs support, please connect with a trusted individual or text/call 988 for immediate help. Professional help is available, and there are always people who care. #SuicidePrevention #StartTheConversation #SupportOneAnother
